HopeLine Resource Hub was created to make it easier for North Carolina families to find support during difficult times. We know how stressful it can be to search for help across dozens of websites, especially when you’re overwhelmed, facing a crisis, or trying to support your family. Our goal is simple: to provide one organized place where you can quickly find trustworthy programs, hotlines, and services that offer real help.
HopeLine Resource Hub was created by Viktoria Anguelov, a North Carolina parent who understands how overwhelming it can feel to search for help when your family is struggling. After seeing friends, neighbors, and families on local platforms asking for support, Viktoria realized that people often don’t know where to look — even when resources DO exist.
She built HopeLine to fix that.
Her goal is simple: to make it easier for families to find the help they need without judgment, confusion, or stress.
Whether you're facing financial hardship, childcare challenges, domestic violence, or a sudden crisis, this hub was created to guide you to real support — quickly, clearly, and compassionately.
HopeLine is not about us. It’s about helping YOU get the resources your family needs.
